Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom items, final sale products, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
